Forever 21 slightly off white cropped peasant top rough cut M

This is a super cool top by Forever 21. Gauze like cropped peasant style. Slightly off white in color. Elastic at the neckline and at the waistline. Flared sleeves with rows of ruffles. This top is factory rough cut. There are deliberate threads at the hems and seams. Very unique. I purchased this a long time ago, but never wore it. There are no tags. Excellent Condition.
