Forever 21 multicolor sequin party dress! Colors change as you move. Wide neckline barely clings to top of shoulders but has silicone strip to help hold neckline in place; or could wear sleeves off shoulders. Back center invisible zipper with hook and eye at top. Show your curves!! Pre-owned in very good condition. A few pulled fine threads at bottom of left sleeve, but no sequins seem to be loose or missing. All items are sold as is.
