Forever 21 preppy schoolgirl skirt. womens size large, measurements are shown in photos. Skirt has no flaws. It is adorable, black and grey glen plaid, and does untie in the front so it can be made tighter or looser, it has a tiny bit of stretch and a nice, soft interior lining and Zip up back closure. I would say it’s a bit high waisted. It is a mini skirt but not too short on me and I am 5’6. Surprisingly good quality for the brand.
