Forever 21 sailor/sailing-inspired shorts

high-waisted navy blue sailor shorts. barely worn. three buttons and all are still securely sewn to the shorts. no rips or unraveled threads. in new condition. they're shape-fitting but made of a stretchy fabric which makes them very comfortable. nothing is wrong with them, they're just too small and aren't worn.
