Forever 21 red plaid sweetheart padded top

Super cute red plaid top with adjustable straps that criss cross in the back, a padded bust with cute ruffle trim; outer fabric feels like a chiffon but it's 100% polyester. I never got to wear this, tags still attached and unfortunately just don't feel like it fits me correctly, too tight under my bust and probably better for a smaller chest as you can see on the side pic it doesn't cover me completely (I'm a 34c for reference).
