Forever 21 polka dot cocktail dress size medium

Black and white polka dot cocktail dress by forever 21. Size medium juniors. Very comfortable, the top is like a soft t-shirt material while the bottom is a bit more structured but fits to your curves. I wish I still fit in this, you can dress it up several ways. There is also a side zipper to help snatch you into the bottom if the dress.
