Forever 21 patterned maxi dress

Cute Forever 21 maxi dress with a deep blue and yellow floral pattern! The shoulder straps have a cute three-band type look and low back. I cut the bottom of the maxi to make it slightly shorter (it was too big for me) - which gives it a cute relaxed breezy look. Size L, which feels like a medium.
