Forever 21 orange dress

This is a Forever 21 orange maxi dress that is a size small. The inside lining is shorter and stops right above the knee and then the outside is sheer and goes all the way down to the ankle. There are adjustable straps so you can make it longer or shorter. I wore this for a cruise and haven't worn it since. The top has a pretty ruffle detail.
