Forever 21 navy cami dress

Really cute! Never worn, but I think it was washed because the tag is a little messed up (pictured above). It’s a little wrinkly in the picture but it is in great condition! Good as new! It says M, but I think it would fit a S better because F21 shrinks in the wash.
