Forever 21 navy blue mesh dress

Forever 21 dress. Navy blue with light pink lining. There’s a cute mesh inlay at the top/neckline (see 3rd photo). It’s also at the backside. Stretchy and good length. Size M. Used, but only worn a handful of times. Great condition!
