Forever 21 mini dress

Mini dress, floral print with bow accent & tulip front. Strapless. Good condition, latch clasp is very loose (see pictures), but it isn't needed once zipped. This dress is labeled "m" medium, but fits small like a size 4 dress. I'm 5'2" and this is the shortest dress I own. I love it, it's very flattering on!
