CUTE forever 21 black crop top! Drawstring in the middle of the front to adjust the crop length for exactly where you need it to hit with ruffles over each shoulder. Brand new with tags still on. (This size large doesn't look large to me. If you'd like some measures, I'm happy to do that in comments.)
