Forever 21 grey, pink, and blue dress

This short spring/summer dress is an old favorite! Been worn a good amount, with very little to show for it. It's from F21 a long time ago. ( Size : S ) ( Brand : Forever 21 ) the pink tie is shown undone, so you can see that it's able to tie and untie, however it is connected to the dress.
