Forever 21 floral skirt/shorts/skort

Forever 21 shorts with flap over (tied using two straps shown in pic) making it into a skirt. So it's technically a skort (skirt on top, shirts underneath). Very flattering floral pattern. Size 26 (I wear a size 2/4 in shorts). Only worn two times. In great condition.
