Forever 21 flare bell bottoms distressed jeans NWOT

Bought but never wore, I’m just a touch too tall for these because I want to wear them with heels (I’m 5’10”) bought these because they are very flattering but never wore- inner tags you have to cut off before wear still inside but the main tags were removed
