Forever 21 distressed shorts size- 27 or 4

Mint condition! Worn only 2 times. Size 27 which is like a size 4. Cute distressed style and rolled up (they are sewn) at the bottom. These are 5 in. from the crotch area- I like these because they aren't super short. Full length is 13 in. Shoes are also available but not included in this price.
