Forever 21 cut out crop

This crop top is beautiful in person and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s perfect for a festival, or even just date night downtown. When I wore this I was probably 110lbs, size 36B and 4’11 but it will definitely fit anywhere from S-L it runs a bit bigger and because of the straps and material it is flexible
