Forever 21 boho bold print minidress

Adorable dress with orange pops of color against an ivory/olive/black background-looks so cute with a short black cardigan and strappy sandals. Ruffle detail at top and around skirt. Measures 15” pit to pit; skirt is 18” from natural waist. For reference I am 5’ 2”. Not too short.
