Forever 21 blue floral tunic shirt button front size Medium

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jensfinds4u. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The fabric is real nice a crepe polyester that doesn't wrinkle. The shoulders are a big snug on me so it just doesn't hang right. There were 2 ties on the tunic that didn't make sense, so I removed them. They'd look better used to define the waist.
