Forever 21 blue and white gingham sundress

Super cute tie sleeve sundress in a cute checkered gingham pattern! Cute flowy skirt and bows on shoulders perfect for any summer event! Worn once for the 4th of July, only flaw is a tiny red spot (prob lipstick) on the right chest area.
