Forever 21 blue and white Plaid snap button down Shirt women’s medium

Nice plaid shirt, has someone mild pilling and a couple loose threads, no rips or stains. The inner rag is cut off but I think it’s made of cotton. The fabric feels like flannel, good quality (wouldn’t have expected it to be from Forever 21). Has button straps inside the sleeves so you can fold them and hold them up at 3/4 sleeve length. 20 inches pit to pit length.
