oohotpinkoo @johnsica2014 hi there at the busy it measures 19inches I’m a 38dd so if u are big chested this will work. The waist is 20inches. I would say there is no stretch to this either but it’s very flattering on it will curve ur chest and fall nicely won’t make u look frumpy. No body contour it’s material is 55% cotton and 45% rayon. I hope that helps and I posted a picture of the material too. 😊
