this is a very lightweight black corduroy Style good-bye forever 21 brand new with tags it has a zipper in gunmetal color going all the way up the front that actually works all the way down what's a little circle for Polly sup pleats down each side and the back has three pleats going down the back really cute I mean can go with just about anything any top can wear it anyway you'd like nice little skirt for the summertime not heavy heavy weight at all. the measurements are approximately weight 16 in and the length of the skirt is 15.5 in brand new with tags size large
