Forever 21 black floral dress

This dress is black and it has little roses all over the fabric.. It is shorter in the front and longer in the back. There is a black lining underneath. The dress has skinny straps that you can move back and forth to your size (like a bra strap). The top of the dress is gathered in the center. This dress is not new but, it looks new. Great condition. Label name Forever 21 Size M Bust 17” across 20” from under bust to hem of dress 24” from top of dress to hem
