Forever 21 black dress size small

Forever 21 black O-ring front zipper dress. Soft material similar to velvet with lining on inside for a smooth fit/look. Can be worn sleeveless or with short/long sleeve underneath for a perfect fall look. Never worn. Perfect for someone with straighter hips- if you are wider in the hips most likely will not fit- liner does not stretch which is why I’m selling/have never worn.
