Forever 21 XXS Blue/Cream Plaid Mini Skirt

I bought this skirt for a school uniform Spider Gwen cosplay I ended up not doing. Not sure the vintage but I think it is an older item from Forever21, when they still had size XS and it was really XS. It is VERY small - marked XS but fits more XXS. I am a size 00/0 and the waist just barely fits me. This would be best on someone whose waist is 24" max as there is no elastic at all in the waistband. Very cute, tags still attached. Brand new. Reposhing this item I purchased from @sensiblesybil. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
