Forever 21 Women’s white floral gown dress

Worn a few times and altered -I cut the string in half to tie it around my waist as a waist belt bc it was a wrap dress, u can see the holes where the string is supposed to go thru to make it a wrap dress. (See pics) -loose thread in front of the gown & a light stain in inner sleeve area (see pics) Size: Small Full length: approx 47 inches
