Forever 21 White with Navy Blue Stripe Skirt

White with navy blue stripes skirt from Forever 21, never worn and still has the price tag on it. Size M, selling it because it is to big around my waist and I wear a small. Has clear buttons with some brown in it down the side on the front and even has pockets! OBO
