This is a white/cream Forever 21 dress with crochet embroidery at the neckline. It has adjustable straps and best fits a S/M. I cut off the tag when I first got it for some reason. Will tag as S because that's what I typically am. In good condition - have worn approximately 4-5 times. Let me know if you have questions or want more pictures.
