Forever 21 White Eyelet Ruffle Top

Wore 2x still like new. Forever 21 top size small. Very romantic button front top. Ruffle trim along the front. Long sleeves with button cuffs. Eyelet fabric so under garment is needed. Front length 21” across bust 17 1/2”. I did cut of the care label.
