Forever 21 Tunic Dress

Purple, black and cream Forever 21 dress. Cinched elastic waist. Lining underneath skirt, but recommend wearing with a tank as the top is relatively thin. This looks so cute over tights or leggings and paired with boots and a jacket or cardigan. Fun pattern. Worn a handful of times and always line dried after a gentle cycle wash. Medium but fits like a small.
