Forever 21 Truist Flowered Dress

This is a like new Forever 21 Truist dress. It is fitted at the waist with a flounce that circles the entire dress. It is a size medium and is 16.5 inches from the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the hem. It is a light silky 100% polyester fabric which is machine washable. The pattern is black and multi-colored floral on a silver background. The entire dress is lined with silver polyester/spandex lining.
