Forever 21 Top (see through)

A light blue and white striped shirt. Looks boxy when hung, but very flowy when worn with a spaghetti strap underneath. It is see though so it's best worn as a second layer. Bought it from the Forever 21 Contemporary section. Only worn once. No stags or loose strings.
