Forever 21 Swiss Dot Balloon Sleeve Cropped Blouse, US size Small. This top is an eye-catching piece in both its style and color, which is a chartreuse-like yellow/green. Features ballon sleeves with elastic wrists, ruffled shoulders with elastics, a gathered material bust, and has a side zipper for entry. This blouse is very fitted and cropped - there is no give in the material. There is a defect in the material along the upper area of the back. There are some snags/runs (see last photos; I tried my best to photograph it). It is hard to see unless you’re really looking for it or have long hair to cover it, but I did want to disclose in writing that there is a defect. Please keep this in mind when considering to purchase.
