Forever 21 Summer Dress

Pre-loved dress. 3 of 4 buttons missing, pictured. Hard to notice. Fun little project if you have buttons you’d rather use! The elastic is a bit worn but dress still fits like a dream. Slip attached to dress, no need to put anything under it. Skirt is pleated. Beautiful autumn colors
