Forever 21 Stripped Skirt

Forever 21 pencil skirt! Tag says M, imo fits more like a Small. It’s in good used condition with very very slight piling and/or fuzzy spots. Wouldn’t show up well in photos, because it’s pretty minimal. Material tag cut out, but it’s a soft stretchy cloth like material, very comfortable. It has horizontal strips, the darker color looks like a very dark blue / almost black. I think this could potentially double as a tube top as shown in photos! First photo is an example of an outfit.
