Forever 21 Sleeveless dress

NWT. From storage it seems there is a small mark by the bottom that can possibly be removed. Shown in the picture. It's a sleeveless sheath dress, black and white. 100% polyester. It's a large size but Forever 21 stuff runs a little small so I'd say it's more of a medium. 34" shoulder to hem, about 16" across bust area.
