Forever 21 Skirt NWT Size Large

This is a fun asymmetrical skirt by Forever 21 in Size Large. NWT, it has 8 metal buttons down the front & each half of the skirt has a black & white checked pattern, different but similar. There’s an uneven hem, 2 hip pockets and a flat waist of 16”and is 17” waistband to hem.Awesome skirt🙃
