Forever 21 Skater dress

Super comfy soft dress with adorable X racerback . Size small and is verrryy short . Would work on someone with a smaller backside than myself or someone very petite . I'm 5'4-5'5 and can't wear this anymore without my lower half showing. I have 48+ inch hips/backside (think Kim K with thighs as if she had more muscle) so it's a cute dress for someone if it will fit
