Forever 21 Sheer Satin Print Minidress

Adorable minidress in an all-over print fabric with a satiny sheen. Blue, green, purple and black. Scoop neckline and cap sleeves. Elastic at the waist; has two beltloops at the sides of the waist but it didn't come with a belt. Fabric is semi-Sheer (see last photo of fabric held up to the light. Hem is scalloped: shorter at the sides and longer in front and back. No tags (I cut out the tag at the back of the neck because it was itchy).
