This forever, 21 dress is a size small. The color is a royal blue. The material is 95% cotton and 5% spandex, so it is stretchy. The dress is very soft due to the cotton content. Curvy dress. Absolutely adorable on the body. Very sexy. Tank top straps, scoop, line, neckline on front and back. Little too short for me personally. I am a mom, so, bending over in this dress becomes a problem for me, lol.
