💖 Forever 21 Red Mini Dress with Double-Ruffle Scoop Neckline

Forever 21 stretchy red mini dress with short sleeves hidden underneath a beautiful wide double-ruffle neckline made of the same material. This adorable dress is quite unique in its design. A simple sheath profile, yes, but that neckline in mesmerizing! Be sure to watch the video where I try to show exactly how it lays across the shoulder. The short sleeves are hidden under the generous wide rows of wavy ruffles. Note: please know this brand runs small. It is truly counter intuitive for me to call it a large because it just doesn’t look like your average Large size. 🤔 (Forever 21 fans with get it. 😉) No spots or stains, it’s in great condition. Just very minor pilling on the inside edges of the collar. You have to really look to see it. Let me know if you need any other measurements. And PS: if you’re tall, you can easily wear this as a tunic-length top.
