Forever 21 Purple Skater Dress

Purple, long sleeve, mock turtle neck dress. Skater style with a bit of a flair in the skirt, pictured. Thrifted and worn a couple of times, but I simply outgrew it. Sweater/ribbed design that’s perfect for fall or winter, just add a pie of tights!
