Forever 21 Pretty Top

This top is from Forever 21 and is a size Small. It is in excellent/like new condition! It's a off white/cream color with those cute blue birds on it. It is really pretty it has a drop waist please see the photos as they are a better description. It measures 23in from shoulder to bottom hem and 18in across armpit to armpit.
