Forever 21 Polka Dot and Cherry Printed Dress

This lightweight, dark blue summer dress has a printed pattern of red cherries and scattered white polka dots. The tie detailing on the front of the dress is a cute accent with a small opening underneath. It's slightly flared on the bottom, but overall a very fitting and stylish dress.
