Forever 21 Plus Size Floral Lined Tube Dress 0x 1x

Brand new with tags. Forever 21 Plus Size Red and Black floral lined tube dress with elastic opening at top. No fabric tag was found on either dress but feels like polyester/spandex with mesh overlay. Flower appliqué has a 3D effect and isn’t completely sewed on. This was purposeful. They are sewed on in several areas. Both dresses have an approximate total length of 31”. Other measurements in photos but the 1X looks like it has about a 19” across measurement and the 0x looks like 17” across. G3
