Forever 21+ Plus Size 3X Crop Top

This is BNWT. I do feel that it fits me perfectly, so it does run small. I would say its actually a 2X, but labeled 3X. Specifically the arms. I feel like the arms are not a 3X. It is a grey thermal like material with a cute floral design. There is a good bit of stretch in the body of this top. Please comment with any questions! P2P - 22.5 inches Length - 24 inches
