Reposhing this item I purchased from @nickios. It's a really cute dress, (but I think I need a bigger size...๐ Oh well!). I've added some of my own photos of the dress (on a dark mannequin to show contrast) with measurements from collar to elastic waist, and to hem (on back) and from shoulder to waist, and to hem (on front). Approx. 20"-21" (unstretched) from pit to pit. Elastic Waist: approx. 17.5" (half around, unstretched)

What is the length in inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the hem please?
