Forever 21 Plus Blush/Black Ruffle Sweater - Sz 1X

Beautiful sweater that can be worn off the shoulder or with the straps. The ruffles have a thin outline in black. It says it’s 1X but I think it could fit an XL as well. Brand new with tags, never worn. BEAUTIFUL!
