Forever 21 Plaid Zip Up dress

Red and black plaid/gingham zip up dress from forever 21. With the right accessories this could work really well for a punk, grunge or skater look! Brand: forever 21 Size: the tag says large, but I’m a medium and it is VERY tight and very short (I am 5’9”) so I would say it fits like a small, perhaps a juniors large?
